Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song have quietly welcomed their second child

A family of four! Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song have expanded their family member. The beautiful couple, who is also a parent to their 23-month-old son Dakota, has been blessed with another son.

The Suite Life of Zach actress, 34, and the Home Alone star, 42, secretly welcomed their second son named Carson, three months ago, around Christmas. The pair prefers to keep their family out of the spotlight.

At the time also when their first child was born, they kept the baby’s news private until the pair said they were “overjoyed” in a brief statement at the time. Dakota was originally born in April 2021.

The second baby’s arrival news comes almost more than a year after their engagement. In January 2022, it was confirmed Culkina and Song have gotten engagement.

The proud parents of two were first linked in June 2017.

Brenda Song reveals she could take a hiatus from her career if it is for her children

In February 2022 interview, Brenda Song spoke about her motherhood journey noting that,

“I never thought that I could really put my career in the backseat. But, at the end of the day, if I had to stop doing what I’m doing to be a better mom, I would do it without blinking an eye because my son is the most important thing and I just want to be the best mom for him.”

The Disney Channel alum then went on to explain,

” I think being a parent changes a lot of your career choices Because now I really think about where things are being shot, how long they’re being shot for because everything revolves around my son.”

In 2021, Song returned back to work just 12 weeks after welcoming her first son Dakota. At the time, she said,

“I was very fortunate that even through COVID, I was able to have my son visit on set so I could breastfeed so I could see him.”
