Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have officially parted ways. The former couple ultimately finalized their divorce three months after the “My Church” country singer filed for a dissolution of marriage.

In October 2022, “The Bones” singer filed for divorce from her now ex-husband in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences.

The two called it quits on their marriage after five years of togetherness.

The exes have now agreed on all aspects of the marital settlement agreement. The two had signed a prenuptial agreement on February 27, 2018, which was updated in October 2022.

When it comes to the custody of their 3-year-old son Hayes Andrew, they agreed to joint physical and legal custody of him, alternating their time on a week-to-week basis.

In early December, Maren made an appearance on “The Howard Stern Show,” where she discussed her life after her split from Ryan. She began, referencing her breakup,

“I cut all the trauma out of my hair. I think this year has—for a lot of people, not just me—a lot of people that are close to me have gone through it, I’ve known so many people that have gone through breakups or divorces.”

Similarly, when asked if she planned to date in the near future, she said,

“No, I would like this to sort of wrap up, I don’t have the headspace for that, but I am writing so much right now. That’s kind of been my way of dating, is just through song.”
