WLKY-TV is located in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked for around four years with WLKY-TV as a sports anchor and sports director. In 1982, he moved to Chicago for  WMAQ-TV. In 1994 he joined ABC7 in Chicago as a sports anchor.

Currently, he is working at WLS-TV in Chicago, Illinois as a lead sports anchor and sports director. In 1994, he joined Chicago based joined ABC 7. Prior, he was a station’s sports director, weekend anchor/reporter, and sports anchor/reporter at WMAQ-TV.

After having a successful career as an anchor he has received numerous awards in his life. He has gained three prestigious Emmy Awards and has won two Associated Press Awards for Best Broadcast. He has won Dante Award from the Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans. Mark has also won the title Justinian Society of Italian Lawyers Award for journalism. In 1996 he was famed as “Father of the Year” from Chicago Father’s Day Council.
