Megan Fox is opening up about her past pregnancy losses and her miscarriage with Machine Gun Kelly was surprisingly not her first one.

In a WWD interview published on Wednesday, the actress said that she suffered an ”ectopic pregnancy … when [she] was younger.”

The 37-year-old noted,

“I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar.”

Despite facing similar issues in the past, the Jennifer’s Body star revealed why her most recent loss was “so difficult” and “much harder” to process.

Megan revealed that she had not experienced a miscarriage with a person she deeply loved.

“That love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering.”

How many children does Megan Fox have?

Machine Gun Kelly whose actual name is Colson Baker, first seemingly announced their miscarriage when he performed his hit number Twin Flame at the Billboard Music Awards last year. He dedicated his track to his unborn child at the time.

As a heartbeat sound played in the background, the 33-year-old rocker sang,

The couple remained mum about their miscarriage until the actress confessed about it in her poetry collection, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which came out earlier this month.
