Meghan Markle is planning big for American Riviera Orchard

Meghan Markle has some big business plans.

The Duchess of Sussex announced the launch of her new brand American Riviera Orchard earlier this month on social media. A source then revealed that the startup would focus on home, garden, and general lifestyle offerings.

A trademark application revealed that Meghan was planning to sell edible items like jams, jellies, nut butter, and spreads along with table linens, drinkware, cutlery, and cookbooks.

However, the Daily Mail reported that the former Suits actress is planning to extend her business to even more categories among them makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.

Additionally, Meghan has also applied for trademarks for yoga mats and cushions.

The extension also includes a variety of paper goods — including stationery, note and greeting cards, calendars, gift wraps, photo albums, and party decorations.

Being a dog lover, Meghan hasn’t forgotten about our four-legged friends; she also called out pet food, bowls, collars, and beds in the filing.

Reportedly, the mom of two will even sell American Riviera Orchard-branded jewelry.

This reminded fans of a lifestyle blog she ran called The Tig during her acting years; she shut down the site before marrying Harry in 2018.

A source previously reported that Markle has been working hard to bring her latest passion project to life.
