A lot going through Melissa’s mind

It surely must have been the best day for Rauch to know about her pregnancy but her previous miscarriage didn’t help her on her best day.

The 42-year-old actress couldn’t stop herself from sharing this happiness of her with her fans through her essay in Glamour magazine.

On 12 July, Melissa asked her fans to look at the good news she had wanted to share through her Instagram as she captioned:

Have some news I’d like to share…Please click the link in bio. Thank you all, as always, for your love and support. xoxo

So? Want to know what was in the link? In the link, it was a long essay from Melissa about how overwhelmed she was to be expecting her baby one more time.

She was over the moon writing about the new baby growing up inside her body but we could also sense the worries about her first miscarriage.

She wrote:

Here is the only statement regarding my pregnancy that doesn’t make me feel like a complete fraud:

“Melissa is expecting her first child. She is extremely overjoyed, but if she’s being honest, due to the fact that she had a miscarriage the last time she was pregnant, she’s pretty much terrified at the moment that it will happen again. She feels weird even announcing this at all, and would rather wait until her child heads off to college to tell anyone, but she figures she should probably share this news before someone sees her waddling around with her midsection protruding and announces it first.”

You can easily sense a lot of things going through Melissa’s mind right now. She continued:

“The miscarriage I experienced was one of the most profound sorrows I have ever felt in my life. It kick-started a primal depression that lingered in me. The image of our baby on the ultrasound monitor—without movement, without a heartbeat—after we had seen that same little heart healthy and flickering just two weeks prior completely blindsided us and haunts me to this day.”

She continued to write about her mixed feelings about her pregnancy and her miscarriage. A miscarriage can lead to a troubled mind for any woman.

After all, every woman dreams to be a mother someday and after being pregnant if she realizes the death of her little one without even stepping into this pretty world, it is obvious for anyone to suffer within herself.

And this was experienced by Melissa. But now that she can sense another little being in her body, we hope it will get to be out in this world to live for long life.

“Wanted to say thank you”

After sharing her essay with her well-wishers, Melissa expressed how thankful she was to all for supporting her and staying with her through her hard times.

She wrote on her Instagram:

“I just wanted to say thank you. To say I am overwhelmed by your love and kindness is a tremendous understatement. Although I haven’t been able to reach back out to all of you, please know that I’ve read every single one of the beautiful, supportive comments and stories of your own heartache that so many of you shared. I am truly touched by each of you. I was a little nervous yesterday before posting my essay. Although I felt compelled with every fiber of my being to share my experience, discussing it publicly was definitely a bit outside of my comfort zone…but to my surprise, I found a new zone that is far more comforting than I ever could’ve imagined amongst all of you. My heart is full of immense gratitude. To those who are on the other side of it and relayed your messages of hope: I can’t thank you enough. To those of you currently going through infertility struggles and/or prenatal loss who shared your pain: Please know how much I appreciate you bravely sharing with me…you are in my thoughts and prayers. You are not alone. Not for one second. xoxo”
