Moroccan-American rapper French Montana accused of sexual assault by a woman Jane Doe!

An anonymous woman called Jane Doe in court documents has come forward and accused the Moroccan-American rapper Montana of raping her in her intoxicated state.

French Montana and the sexual assault allegations

French Montana, the Moroccan-American rapper is in some sexual controversy now. An unnamed woman has filed a case against the rapper and accused him of sexually assaulting her after serving her alcohol.

The female alleged that two years back, she was given an alcoholic drink and then raped during a party at the artist’s home in Hidden Hills, California.

The woman’s name has been put as Jane Doe. According to the statement, after the drink, she passed out and French then sexually assaulted her in that intoxicated state.

She claims that French was, one of the men who entered the room to rape her. Additionally, the name of Mansour Bennouna — Montana’s purported business partner and ‘right-hand man’ — has figured I’m on the list of accusers.

The lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court states:

“Alcohol fueled rape was a foreseeable risk of the way that Employer Defendants conducted business yet they took no steps to mitigate the risk of alcohol abuse or sexual assault,”

French Montana’s name has been put as his real name which is Karim Kharbouch, 37. His company, Coke Boys Records has also been sued since Jane has said that the said company projects an image of drinking, drug-taking, and sexual misconduct.

The documents filed stated that on 28 March 2018, the company invited her to a recording studio. And there was French and Mansour working and they were drinking and having drugs there. French was interested in her and asked her to meet him at his house at Hidden Hills.

Jane said that she and some other women reached the house of French early in the morning at 6 am. They were served alcohol and after the half-hour, she wanted to leave but the hosts offered her one more shot. And she reluctantly took the shot and fell unconscious after that.

The sexual assault incident

The woman then said that she remembers that she was in a bedroom and several men were coming in and going out. She was not totally conscious and had given no consent. It was at 1.30 pm that she got back to consciousness and saw Mansour holding her and rubbing against her.

Jane said that she had pain in the pelvis and believed they had raped her. She then approached a medical team at Kaiser Permanente hospital in Panorama City and they confirmed presence of semen in her vaginas. Afterwards, she went to the police.

French hails from Morocco where he was born. He relocated to New York City along with his family during his s teen years. In 2007, his first mixtape came.

Additionally, he worked with Diddy, Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky, and others. In 2003, someone shot him in the head and he was in the hospital for many weeks.
