2014

As a wide receiver, he suffered a broken left tibia and fibula late in fall camp during a non-contact drill. As a result, he was forced to redshirt for the 2015 season and required two separate surgeries.

2015

Brown as a true freshman at Ohio State in 2014 played in all 14 games, including the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship victory over Oregon.

Meanwhile, he had one run for a 4-yard loss and one reception for nine yards while playing wide receiver, H-back, and special teams.

2016

Brown returned to start in all 13 games in 2016 as a sophomore and had 32 receptions for 402 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Later, he decided to forgo his remaining two years of eligibility after the season and enter the 2017 NFL Draft.

2017

The Dallas Cowboys signed Brown to a four-year, $2.47 million contract on May 11, 2017, inclusive of a signing bonus of $71,938.

Ben then made his professional regular-season debut in the Cowboys’ Week 2 42–17 loss at the Denver Broncos.

2018 Injury

Brown was placed on the injured reserve on September 3, 2018, due to a hamstring injury.

2019-2020

Brown began training camp but unfortunately, couldn’t perform with his left knee surgery and thus, was on the reserve list to start the season on August 31, 2019.
