What might be the reason for the split??

The duo started dating each other in 2015 and have a baby boy, Bear who was born in March of 2017 and is just over a year old as of his parents’ split. From their tweets, we can say that It has been a tough decision for both of them to make.

The duo mentioned their son in the tweets and shared,

“We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.”

Back in March, rumors of Payne having an affair with a dancer surfaced. Cheryl replied about this matter in her tweet saying,

Furthermore, she added saying they were heading off on vacation “and the only thing we’re making our memories.”

Although rumors were hitting headlines, It was said the two would marry back in February. But as of now, they have announced their separation.

Back in February, while attending the official opening of The Prince’s Trust Cheryl’s Trust Centre, Cheryl was asked about the rumors of a possible split with Liam.

While answering the question, Cheryl seemed to be “frustrated”. She might be frustrated because breakup rumors might overshadow her charity campaign.

Chezza told the BBC,

“Do I find it frustrating? No, it doesn’t bother me, My focus is solely on this, it’s taken seven years to get here and none of that matters. This is the most important part for me.”

Liam’s desire of having a family

Different channels say that the couple had conflicts about the matter of marriage Liam had a desire to marry but Cheryl rejected Liam’s desire. But, previously Liam also said he was not ready to settle down.
