Rajah Caruth is an American Stock Car Racing Driver. Rajah is most well-known for winning the Victoria’s Voice Foundation 200 in 2024, which made him the third Black driver to triumph in the top three NASCAR divisions.

Along with this, Caruth is a full-time competitor in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, where he drives Spire Motorsports’ No. 71 Chevrolet Silverado.

Besides that, he has one elder sibling named, Liyah Caruth.

Rajah began taking a virtual part in the eNASCAR Ignite Series. Having caught the attention of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program, he was granted the chance to drive a legends car in the 2019 Bojangles’ Southern Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In the Semi-pro rankings, he ended 13th after two top-10 finishes during his rookie season.

In 2020, he moved up to the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series. He took first place in his very first late model race at Greenville-Pickens Speedway. He finished nine top tens and three top fives in 19 late model races throughout the remainder of the season.

On May 1, 2021, Caruth won at the Tri-County Motor Speedway, becoming the first African American winner of the racetrack’s history. In total, it was his fourth late model victory. On February 3, 2021, he declared that he would run full-time for Rev Racing in the ARCA Menards Series East and contend for Rookie of the Year. On February 7, 2024, it was revealed that Caruth would be driving the No. 71 truck for Spire Motorsports full-time in that season. After Caruth’s first career victory in Las Vegas, he became just the third driver of African American heritage to win a NASCAR national series race.
