In 2019, she tied the knot with a police officer at an intimate wedding.
People came to know about her secret wedding only after she announced it in February 2019.

Miranda’s husband has left his job as a New York City police officer. He now serves as a security guard for her. As per the New York Police Department DCPI spokesperson, Detective Sophia Mason, his current duty status is retired. As per the report, the former police officer retired earlier this month. Back in July 2019, he took an authorized leave of absence from the force.

After retirement from the job, he is constantly supporting his wife going to her concerts. He appears at the concerts in an official security capacity. People also noticed him wearing an earpiece and scanning the crowd.

According to the reports, he is working on the security team of the singer. Meanwhile, one of the onlookers told the outlets McLoughlin was monitoring fans and checking their bags at Lambert’s meet-and-greet.

Moreover, some of the security team reportedly told fans that they weren’t allowed to take photos with him.

Another outlet also reported that he was also working with security at Lambert’s Dallas concert at the American Airlines Center. Some of the fans heard him saying if they had anything they wanted his wife to sign. At the time, he was talking to one of the fans who was asking the singer to sign the boot.

The first anniversary of the couple

The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Sunday, January 26. She gushed about the one year as a wife of Brendan on social media.

She shared the snap from her one-year-back wedding day where she was wearing a white lace gown and holding a white bouquet. The singer held the hand of her husband in the picture. She captioned the adorable snap of them saying:

“1 year, I’m so happy to walk through this life with you. Thank you Brendan for making me the proudest wife and stepmom. You are the reason for all my new smile lines. I love you. #MrsMcLoughlin”

In addition, she also shared a colorful bunch of flowers given to her by her love on her Instagram story with the caption which reads: “Thanks, babe! 1 year!”.
