On Sunday, February 23, the reality star got arrested for attacking her estranged husband. That morning Micheal appeared at her house for the custody exchange.

He was there to drop their kids Jagger and Rio, off with Jules. when she picked up the baseball bat from the back of her car and kept it on the ground.

As he felt threatened after their previous argument over the childcare payment, he started recording on his phone.

Jules also admitted that she pulled out the baseball bat and kept it on the ground saying she was very angry. Micheal made the statement that Jules punched and scratched him in the face.

Meanwhile, the police also confirmed the statement they noticed a reddish mark on his left cheek and a small scratch on his nose.

Police arrested the reality star on February 23 in Boca Raton, Florida for domestic battery. She had to spend the night in jail in Palm Beach County’s main detention center.

The following day she got out under her own recognizance. On February 24, Monday she made her appearance in court. Her arraignment is scheduled for March 16.

On the other hand, Michael’s attorney, Morghan Richardson stated that Michael is exploring all of his legal options at this time. He has also issued a protective order against Jules.

Furthermore, he stated:

“This is a serious situation reflecting Ms. Wainstein’s increasingly reckless behavior that unfortunately took place in front of the kids. The children were released to Michael’s custody yesterday and he is most concerned about protecting them.”

Divorce of the reality star and Micheal

Jules announced her ongoing divorce to the public during an interview with BravoTV’s video series Life After Bravo on July 18, 2019.

At the time, she stated:

“Until my divorce is over, I’m temporarily living in Boca [in Florida] at my parents, which actually happened to be a nice thing because unfortunately my father just recently passed away. So we got to spend the last year with him, which we wouldn’t have spent as much time if we were living in New York. So we’ll be there until things settle, and then hopefully we’ll move back soon.”

The reality star who appeared on the show RHONY in the eighth season left the show to focus on her children after her divorce. The couple who tied the knot eight years back in June 2016 parted ways after the rumors of his infidelity.

However, he denied all the rumors yet the couple went for divorce. After the news of their divorce, the police came to the Newyork house which they shared where she got a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband.

Back in 2017, the former couple attended court for $135,000 in unpaid child support that Michael allegedly owed Jules. Both of them blamed each other for being irresponsible and not saving for their children.
