Robin McGraw, the best-selling author of New York, is the wife of famous TV personality, Dr. Phillip C. McGraw. Many people started noticing the change in her look comparatively. However, she did not address any of the questions. Finally, after lots of talk on the internet, she finally talked about the topic.

Robin McGraw addressed the rumors of plastic surgery

There is a noticeable change in the looks of Robin McGraw with her different eyebrows. However, the author did not address her eyebrow transplant. Finally, after a while, the wife of Dr.Phil opened up about the changes on the podcast.

Recently in the podcast, the author talked about the ‘secret’ and the procedure she went through back in 2011. She revealed that she went through the procedure of changing her eyebrow because she did not like how it looked. Furthermore saying her eyebrow was too spare, she added:

“To this day, I have eyebrows that I just love. It brought my entire face into proportion. And in my opinion, it actually changed my look,”

She discussed the change with the guest on the podcast hair-restoration specialist Dr. Marc Dauer and hairstylist Lee Rittiner. The author mentioned Dauer performed McGraw’s surgery in 2011. It was more like a hair-raising procedure. In the procedure, Dauer removed a tiny bit of her scalp and took out the hair follicles to hybridize into the eyebrows.

The procedure of eyebrow transplant

Later on in the podcast, the doctor explained the procedure of the transplant saying Follicular Unit Extraction. It is a method that is non-invasive. Further, DDauer explained just how important good eyebrows are saying:

“Eyebrows are such a defining feature of the face…They’re so crucial to framing your face. If they start too far over or if they’re just missing in different places, it just changes your whole look.”

He also went up to say when people notice the eyebrow work, it is hard to explain the change but it is noticeable. The doctor mentioned people will surely notice you as you have grown young. In addition, he continued:

“Eyebrows are such a defining feature of the face…They’re so crucial to framing your face. If they start too far over or if they’re just missing in different places, it just changes your whole look.”

Meanwhile, the eyebrow transplant was a mystery as Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, a facial feminization surgeon could not tell about the updated look on her face. The surgeon mentioned:

“Whatever she has done, it was done well so it is not obvious! She’s possibly gotten an upper and lower [face lift], cheekbones fillers or fat grafting or cheek implants.”
