Their split rumors started after he didn’t post a social media tribute for Valentine’s Day last week.
Mia traveled alone to Italy this week and was seen without Romeo at the Missoni show during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday.

Romeo Beckham and his girlfriend Mia Regan have reportedly called it quits after spending Valentine’s Day apart.

David and Victoria Beckham’s son and the model, 21, started dating in 2019 but took a break in 2022.

The younger footballer, 21, sparked break-up rumors when he didn’t post anything on Valentine’s Day last week.

Regan traveled to Italy with her beau and also attended the Missoni show during Milan Fashion Show on Saturday, which was just a few hours before news of their split broke out.

The couple reportedly went separate ways after an argument.

One insider claimed,

”Romeo and Mia had a fallout… they aren’t together at the moment.”

”They were living together, but Mia has apparently moved out of the place they shared and is staying with her parents.”

The last time the couple made a public appearance together was at the British Fashion Awards in London in December last year.

Since then, neither of them have posted anything about each other on social media.

Instead of his girlfriend, Romeo celebrated his Valentine’s Day with his mom, Victoria.

The fashion designer, 49, and her second son had a meal at Dorian bistro in Notting Hill, west London.

On Wednesday, Romeo shared a photo of himself with his brother Brooklyn, 24 and a fan commented underneath,

”No valentine message for Mia then.? Have they split up?”

Another user commented underneath a photo of Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, 18, ”What about Mia? Are they still together?”

A third person questioned,

”Have you and Mia broken up?”

Romeo moved out of his family’s London house into a new apartment with Mia. In January, sources said that the couple wanted their own space.

They even showed off their new home on TikTok which Mia captioned, ”Roomies and I.”

Romeo’s departure means all three Beckham sons have now moved out, with only Harper, 12, staying with her famous mom and dad.

Cruz and Beckham live in LA.

A close family friend of the Beckhams said at the time,
