What better way to honor your beautiful mother than wearing her dress to an event? Rowan Francis Henchy wore her mother Brooke Shields’s 1998 Golden Globes dress to her prom.

Rowan asked her mother if she could wear her dress which she wore to her 1998 Golden Globes. At that time, Brooke was nominated for her role in Suddenly Susan.

The proud mama shared a series of photos of her daughter getting ready for prom in the red strapless number. When Brooke wore it with a matching wrap, she looked amazing with bright-red lipstick and nail polish.

Rowna discarded the wrap and kept her makeup lighter with neutral shades. She looked at her personal touch with a black Hermes bag, bracelet, plethora of rings, and a white wrist corsage. She captioned it,

“I thought it was a special night when I was nominated for a Golden Globe and wore this dress in 1998, but nothing could have prepared me to see my daughter wearing it to her prom.”
