Roy Orbison Jr. and his wife Asa Hallgren, who works in marketing, are expanding family members. The producer and guitarist, 54, is expecting his fourth child with his wife.

On Wednesday, May 11, the expectant couple confirmed to PEOPLE that their fourth child will arrive this September. The couple said,

“We’re more than halfway through this pregnancy and with Mother’s Day coming up, we are so excited to share the news that we are expecting another baby in September,”

The pair are already a parent to three children a son Roy III, 7, Bo, 5, and Love, 14 months.

Pregnant Asa also made her maternity photoshoot with PEOPLE alongside her husband and children. They pose for their family photos in a vibrant field of yellow flowers in Malibu.

In the photographs, the pregnant mama, 33, can be seen in a yellow dress flaunting her growing baby bump. The dress is from the Swedish label Dagmar, known for its sustainability and contemporary designs.

She is accessorized with her sister-in-law’s newly launched antique jewelry brand Esteemable Objects.

The couple also expressed their excitement noting that their youngest has “changed the dynamic of our group.” They said,

“He is our ‘family baby’ and we’ve turned into this little community — a really tight little group of people, helping each other out and just having so much fun together!”

How long have Roy Orbison Jr. and Asa been together?

Roy first met his now-pregnant wife in the year 2023 in a park visiting Stockholm, Sweden. While speaking to PEOPLE, Orbison Jr. reflected on their first meeting, revealing,

“I was very alone in life and I went from the darkness to the light. Life has been bright and sunny ever since.”

After dating for years, the two married in June 2017 in Hendersonville, Tennessee, outside Nashville, near where his father grew up. The music legend’s son gushed about their wedding destination to PEOPLE,

“It’s holy ground for me. My grandparents lived within shouting distance, and my brothers died in a fire not far away.”

Similarly, their wedding was officiated by his father’s best friend, John Carter Cash.

At the time of their wedding, Asa was pregnant with their second child while the two were already a parent to their eldest son Roy III.
