Steve Nash is a famous Canadian basketball coach. Recently, Twitter users started unearthing rumors and embarrassing reports about NBA players. Steve Nash: his marriages, divorce, children

It was in 2001 that Steve met his first wife, Alejandra Amarilla. Her father worked in the United Nations and the two met in Manhattan, New York. At that time, Steve used to play for the Dallas Mavericks. Alejandra gave birth to twin daughters, Bella and Lola in 2004. And in June 2005, the couple married. Their son, Matteo arrived on 12 November 2010.

However, on the same day, Steve announced that it was a bittersweet moment for him. He added that he and his wife were living separately for past many months and they were going to have a divorce.

Later, Steve began dating Lilla Frederick. She is a former volleyball player from the Pepperdine University and junior women’s U.S. team. Steve proposed to her in March 2016 and they wed in September 2016. They have a son and a daughter together.

Infidelity rumors of Alejandra

There were rumors around the time of Matteo’s birth that Alejandra had cheated on Steve. She supposedly was in an extra-marital relationship with his teammate, Jason Richardson. The reports added that Matteo was born black. Around the same time, Jason shifted from Phoenix Suns to Orlando Magic.

In April 2006, singer Nelly Furtado released the song Promiscuous. There was a mention of Steve’s name in it. It read:

All this led people to start speculating about some romantic relationship between the two. There was so much of tittering at that time that Steve had to come out and publicly make a statement to deny any romantic links with Nelly.

Lil’ Wayne singing for Glasses Malone’s “Haterz” in August 2008. The line reads:

“Light up the purp, pass it like Steve Nash.”

OB O’Brien featuring Drake and titled “Steve Nash” that released in January 2014. The song goes:
