Media tycoon Rupert Murdoch does not let age come in the way of love. He is 92 years old now with six children. Moreover, he has four marriages and four divorces in the past and also has history of some past relationships. His current girlfriend is Elena Zhukova, 66. Insiders have revealed that Rupert has already proposed to Elena and the two would walk down the aisle together in June this year.

Media tycoon, Rupert Murdoch is set to get married for the fifth time. Inside sources have disclosed that the businessman who is dating retired molecular biologist, Elena Zhukova has already proposed to her and she said yes.

The wedding date is fixed. It will take place on 1 June 2024 at Moraga, Rupert’s vineyard and estate in California in an intimate ceremony. His personal life has been the fodder for many tabloids due to his multiple relationships and marriages.

In 2023, Rupert had met Elena through his third ex-wife, Wendi Deng. A source revealed:

“They met through Wendi and Dasha (Elena’s daughter).”

Rupert and Elena started dating in August 2023. Elena had studied diabetes at the University of California in Los Angeles. Rupert and Elena had a summer holiday vacation in the Mediterranean with family.

Elena’s previous relationships and children

Prior to this relationship, Elena was the wife of Russian oil billionaire and energy investor Alexander Zhukov. She has a daughter with him, Dasha Zhukova who is now 42 years of age. Elena and Dasha left Russia in 1991 and migrated to the USA.

Later on 11 October 2019, Dasha went on to marry Stavros Niarchos III, son of Philip Niarchos. It was a civil ceremony held in Paris, France. Subsequently in March 2021, she delivered her third child, a son named Philip Stavros Niarchos.

Rupert’s first marriage was to Patricia Booker. This was in 1956. They have one child together. They separated after 11 years in 1967.
