After realizing, she was still alive, Samson strangled reeves again with his belt. He again choked her and pulled the belt until it snapped.

After a while, he choked her for the third and final time with his bare hands and left her to die on the cold ground at Belleville park.

Luckily, Ashley Reeves was still alive and survived the horrific murder act. The officers found her hand moving, and as soon as possible they rushed her to the local hospital, where she was put into an induced coma.
