Meri Brown and Amos Andrews are no longer a romantic couple. The Sister Wives star confirmed that she is single again.

The pair called it quits on their romance after four months of dating.

On February 23, the 53-year-old reality TV personality posted a video of herself announcing her breakup with her boyfriend, Amos Andrews.

She said in a video,

“Last week, Amos and I did have a bunch of discussions and we decided to stop seeing each other, We just agreed that it just wasn’t going to be a long-term thing.”

Brown called the breakup a “huge bummer” and added,

“I still care about him. He still cares about me. He’s a good person. We’re just not each other’s long-term person.”

What’s the reason behind Meri Brown and Amos Andrews’ separation?

Meri further explained their split in another Instagram post the next day emphasizing that they weren’t compatible with each other. She wrote,

“When we have different dreams and aspirations, different communication styles and values, different visions for our futures, and these things aren’t aligning, it’s then that we need to make hard decision.”
“It’s strange and sad thing to care about someone so deeply, to look beyond their past, becuase heaven knows we all have one, to see the kindness in their eyes and their giving heart, and still know that a life long relationship isn’t in the cards for you. It’s only in the dating process that you can come to these realizations, that’s what living and dating is all about.”

Well, the separation news comes just a month after Amos revealed he’s been married three times previously. During an appearance on Meri’s regular “Fridays With Friends” Instagram Live session, Andrew confirmed, which Meri seems to be unaware of.

She quipped upon hearing it,

“What?! I sort of have three ex-sister wives and an ex-husband. I beat you.”

Similarly, Brown expressed her intention to date again in the future and spoke positively about their four-month relationship with Amos.

“When the time is right for me, I will dip my toes into this process again, I honor and care about the past four months, who I spent it with, and what I learned about myself through it. I know what’s important to me in a relationship, and I’m confident in myself while I’m single as well.”

She concluded,

“For now, I’ll continue to look into my future with the hope of new opportunities and the confidence of continued personal growth, This is a time in my life to prioritize me, my well-being, and my personal evolution, and I look forward to more adventures and experiences on this journey we call life!”

When did Meri Brown and Amos Andrews begin dating?

Meri made her romance public with Amos on her 53rd birthday, January 16, 2023.

On Instagram, she posted a photo of them together and revealed they’ve been dating since October 2023.

This is her first public relationship since her split from her ex-husband and “Sister Wives” star, Kody Brown. In January 2023, Meri and Kody announced their separation after 32 years together.

The two shared a 28-year-old son, Leon Brown.
