T.J. Holmes settles divorce with Marilee Fiebig

T.J. Holmes and Marilee Fiebig finally settled their divorce. This comes nearly a year after the TV host’s infamous affair with Amy Robach was exposed, as per Us Weekly.

The documents have been sealed which was submitted on October 11.

The exes have a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 9, 2024.

Marilee, 46, and Holmes, 45, share a 10-year-old daughter named Sabine.

Holmes filed for divorce from his estranged wife in December 2022 after he was snapped grabbing his GMA3 co-host’s butt during a holiday.

Fiebig and Holmes’s marriage came to an end after 13 years.

Shortly after the bombshell affair news made headlines, a source close to Fiebig said that the attorney was blindsided by her husband’s affair.

Despite being separated, the couple were trying to reconcile.

A source said at the time,

“She’s devastated. She had no idea,”
“They haven’t been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out.”

Robach and Holmes, both 50, allegedly started their affair in March 2022 despite both being married to Andrew Shue and Fiebig, respectively.

Another insider claimed at the time that Robach and the Melrose Place alum’s marriage had already ended by then and their divorce was nearly finalized.

What will be Holmes and Robach’s next career move?

After their affair became public, Holmes’s other inappropriate relationships with other staffers including interns became public.

GMA3 fired both Robach and Holmes after a thorough investigation.

Despite ending their respective marriages, T.J. and Amy are still going strong and even have been training for the New York City Marathon.

Holmes, who is currently jobless also teased his next career venture. However, he did not reveal what his new gig was.

While the couple is staying under the radar these days, The Post revealed in March that they are trying their best to get back on the air.

CBS Media Ventures turned Down a talk show proposal from the couple.

A TV expert said at the time,

“If they did a talk show, what would they talk about? What’s their expertise — infidelity?”
“They’d take anything. I think they’d host a game show at this point.”
