A 19-year-old growing fourth-generation farmer and animal enthusiast took her own life. The family of the TikTok star confirmed the news through a statement.

She was growing her followers on TikTok sharing glimpses of her life as a farmer in Australia. Loane was following her father’s footsteps making herself a fourth-generation farmer.

What happened to Caitlyn Loane?

Many TikTokers are heartbroken after Loane’s family confirmed the news of her demise. People knew her as a fourth-generation farmer, a lover of animals, and an incredibly driven 19-year-old. With the sneak peek in her life, she had accumulated more than 50k fans on her TikTok account.

Her mother said that they have lost their words and are having very tough days. Loane became famous for her outdoorsy lifestyle and inspirational achievements in agriculture.

Back in 2018, she dropped out of school to work at a nearby cattle station. Later on, she started managing her parents’ 1,400-acre cattle farm in Tasmania. She had plans to eventually take over the farm following her father’s footsteps.

With her bubbly personality, her fans and family couldn’t see her fighting with her inner demons. Her last video is a montage of photos from her life. The video had a song playing over it that asks, “How far would you drive for the girl of your dreams?”

Shortly after she posted the video online, she took away her own life. Her family was devastated after the unfortunate happening and they don’t know how it happened.

Loane had plans for the future

Just a month ago, the TikToker talked about her path to TasWeekend magazine during Agfest Tasmania. At the time, she stated:

“In 2018, I realized that school wasn’t giving me the skills and experience I needed, so I applied to the Sunday Creek Cattle Station, in the Northern Territory, so I could gain experience and learn more,”

She further explained the properties are huge there and they muster with helicopters and horseback. The TikToker also explained about adopting a work ethic so she can apply those in her enterprise back in her home. The TikToker was just 19 years old when she took her own life.

The family and other authorities have not yet revealed the reason behind her suicide. She is one of the young TikTokers who lost their lives to suicide this year.

Back in February 2021, 18-year-old Dazhariaa took her own life. She was a prominent vlogger and newly-turned entrepreneur. Another young TikToker who died by suicide is 16-years old Siya Kakkar from New Delhi. She was also doing well on social media when she took her own life at a very young age.
