Tim Burton and Monica Bellucci are a new couple in town! After months of speculation, the Italian actress, 58, confirmed her romance with the director Tim Burton in her recent interview with Elle France.

The lovebird was spotted for the first time together on a date night in London, on Saturday, July 1, after confirming their romance. They put on a loved-up display by holding hands as they left a restaurant in the capital, according to Daily Mail.

For the night out, the couple matched in an all-black ensemble. The 64-year-old film director looked dapper in a black suit and open-collared shirt.

Bellucci wore a plunging top with her own black trouser suit, which boasted sexy side splits to show off her animal print wedges.

Monica and Tim first met in 2006 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, according to the French outlet, Paris Match.

The couple have been friends for more than 16 years but their relationship did not blossom until they reconnect at the French festival last year.

They are said to have started dating after seeing one another at the Lumiere Film Festival in Lyon France, in October 2022.

Bellucci attended the festival as an honorary guest to present the Lumiere lifetime achievement award to the “Wednesday” director, Tim Burton, on stage.

The two have since been spotted together at several events and walking arm-in-arm together on the street. Also, they were spotted heading in to watch the re-production of a silent Documentary Film, directed in 1895 by late French filmmaker Louis Lumiere.

In February, the pair fueled speculation on their romance rumors after they were spotted sharing a passionate kiss on Valentine’s Day.

The romantic couple is currently working together in the fantasy comedy movie, Beetlejuice 2.

Matrix Reloaded star is mom to two daughters Deva, 18, and Leonie, 13, whom she shared with his ex-husband Vincent Cassel.

Similarly, Tim has two children a son Billy, 19, and a daughter Nell, 15, from his previous relationship to Helena Bonham Carter.
