The footballer responded to a media question about how he and his famous girlfriend tackle the immense interest surrounding their relationship.

He said during the press meeting on Friday,

“The only thing we’ve talked about is as long as we’re happy, we can’t listen to anything that’s outside noise,”
“That’s all that matters.”

The Kansas City Chiefs player’s interview went viral with the Grammy winner’s fans praising his adorable response.

One fan gushed on X, “Travis is such a great guy,”

Another wrote, “Taylor and Travis are incredible at what they do and always so kind and generous.”

Kelce also told the press during the conference that he is preparing for Sunday’s AFC championship game against the Baltimore Ravens which he said is his main focus at the moment.

Travis admitted,

“You hear the media throughout the year, if we’re not having success, maybe throw it out there that I wasn’t focused or the team isn’t focused on certain things,”
“If you’re in this building, you know exactly what’s going on.”

The two-time Superbowl champion added,

“So you’ve got to compartmentalize what you’re hearing and make sure that you’re staying on task and giving everybody in the building and on that team the right perception when you walk in.”

Travis’s dedication to football hasn’t changed despite dating Taylor

His quarterback and bestie Patrick Mahomes previously told the press that his dedication and focus on his work have not changed since he and the A-lister started dating.

While Swift, 34, is now a regular face at Kelce’s games since making their romance official, it is not clear if she will appear to support him on Sunday as she officially started her Eras Tour rehearsals this week.

Taylor is set to kick off the next leg of her international tour dates in Tokyo on Feb. 7.

Travis and the pop star started their romance in July 2023 and have since shown PDA many times in public.

The lovebirds held hands during numerous NYC date nights and kissed behind the stage at Swift’s Eras Tour in Argentina.

During one of her shows, she even changed a lyric in her song, Karma to say, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”

She even opened up about their PDA during her 2023 Time Person of the Year profile, saying,

“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,”
