Anna Shay passed away at the age of 62! What’s the cause of her death?
Anna Shay is no longer alive among us! She died after suffering a stroke at the age of 62. Her death was confirmed by a family member on Monday, June 5, with a heartbreaking statement.
“It saddens our hearts to announce that Anna Shay, a loving mother, grandmother, charismatic star, and our brightest ray of sunshine, has passed away at the early age of 62 from a stroke. Anna taught us many life lessons on how not to take life too seriously and to enjoy the finer things. Her impact on our lives will be forever missed but never forgotten.”
She is survived by her son Kenny Kemp.
As soon as her death was confirmed many took to social media platforms to pay tribute to Ann Shay.
Kevin Kreider expressed his grief by sharing a clip of the two of them alongside a carousel group photo writing,
“You never know when your last goodbye will be. So unexpected and wished when I saw you last for lunch I would have taken a moment to smell the roses and had one last adventure with you.”

1. Who was Anna Sahy born to? Parents, Siblings, Early Life
On December 31, 1960, Anna Sahy was born in Japan and raised in an Asian American family to Edward Albert Shay (father) and Ai Oizumi Shay (mother).
Edward was the founder of the global defense contractor Pacific Architects and Engineers. Similarly, her mother, Ai Oizumi involved in the business sector used to export pearl and silk flowers.
Anna grew up with her brother Allen, who became CEO of Pacific Architects after their father died in 1995. However, the siblings sold the company to Lockheed Martin, making them heirs to the company’s fortune.
She has also one half-brother named Jun, from her mother’s previous relationship.
Further, she was of mixed ethnicity (Japanese and half-Russian). She held American nationality and followed Christianity religions.
Talking about her academic qualification, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California.

Shay received an impressive amount of income from the hit television series, Bling Empire. In an interview, Ann admitted that she found it “so confusing” when she got the cheques from the show and thought the money “belongs to the crew”.
She said,
“I didn’t know what to do with them. I didn’t cash them, then I got in trouble for not cashing them. I have them in a savings account. I’d like to have a party sometime. I don’t think the money belongs to me. I think it belongs to the crew that had to put up with me.”
In 2021, she sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $13.9 million after her pet monkey and dishes all mysteriously died. She thought the mansion was “haunted”.
Furthermore, she had gifted a $9.35 million house for her son Kenny, which had a guesthouse, pool, meditation garden, sports court, and so on.

Anna was once robbed at gunpoint at a drive-through, however, the robbers didn’t steal her wallet.
