TV host of Trading Spaces Genevieve Gorder marries her beau Christian Dunbar in Morocco

The new celebrity on the block to say “I Do’ is the star of the show Trading Spaces’ Genevieve Gorder who married Christian Dunbar in Morocco, US Weekly has reported

The wedding ceremony went well and Genevieve Gorder, 44, and her beau Christian Dunbar went to Marrakech and had a party there for friends and family. The bride’s co-stars Hildi Santo Tomas and John Gidding were also present on the happy occasion.

Genevieve uploaded a mirror selfie of herself with Christian on her Instagram on 21 September 2018. She was in her dressing gown and had captioned the picture post with the following:

“Let’s throw a party shall we?”

There was a party in Morocco to celebrate the event.

The posts of the wedding on social media

The bride and bridegroom and their family and friends had a gala time during the marriage. There were a lot of fun activities and John Gidding had posted pictures on his social media about the day-long event. There was a picture of a camel ride as well which was shot in Essaouira.

The bridegroom Christian who is a furniture designer had uploaded posts, photos, and videos on his Instagram of the luxury digs such as dinner, decorations, and the like at the Riad Kitula Hotel there.

There was a beautiful table set amidst a lush garden and he captioned it:

“Morning Glory.”

Christian also wrote on one of the posts:

“Waking up to this spread after what was literally the funnest night in all my 46 years of life. The welcome dinner party was epic. THANK YOU to all of our friends who got here. And thank you to @matthewrobbinsdesign specifically for creating so much beauty it hurts!!! Tonight we wed.”

The groom had also uploaded a picture of his bride who was seen in the photo riding a camel. He had captioned this picture:

“HER. Literally the most beautiful woman I’ve ever known. Without a doubt, life is better than I deserve.”

Genevieve Gorder and Christian Dunbar’s courtship and relationship

Genevieve is a TV host and an interior designer. She was busy with her show, work, and 10-year-old daughter. The single mom then met Christian Dunbar and recalled she said:

“My friend said he felt like he knew this perfect person who’d had a crush on me for years,”

They text messaged and later called and then there were long-drawn conversations on the phone. They then began dating seriously and Christian proposed to her less than a year after they met. Genevieve said:

“It takes a pretty big love to interrupt a beautiful life … this one was undeniable,”

Genevieve was married earlier to Tyler Harcott and has a daughter with him but the couple divorced in 2013. Christian too felt that he is lucky to have Genevieve in his life. He feels that her coming changed his life and he loves her dearly.
