In his three-year tenure with the Trail Blazers, he played around 80 games from the team. On 19 February 2015, he was traded to Denver Nuggets but was soon released from the Nuggets after three days.

On 1 March 2015, Victor Claver signed with BC Khimki of Russia but soon left the team on 17 July 2015. On 2 September 2015, he signed a one-year contract with another Russian team Lokomotiv Kuban. On 20 July 2016, he signed a three-year contract with Fc Barcelona Lassa of the Liga ACB and since then he has been playing from there.
