Before a concert, U.S. Marshals arrested Gaulden for accusing them of opening fire on a group of people and jumping out of a vehicle on a South Baton Rouge street in November 2016 in Austin, Texas.

Another, the law charged him with two counts of attempted murder. U.S. Marshals again arrested Gaulden before a concert in Tallahassee at The Moon nightclub on February 25, 2018.

The police arrested him for allegedly committing assault, weapons violations, and kidnapping.

However, U.S. Marshals released Gaulden from prison on 15th March 15, 2018, with $75,000 bail.
