Anthony began her career in music as a hype man in the band Flea. Then he later began to create his own music along with Kiedis, Slovak, and Flead.

In 1983, they formed a band accompanying former Anthem drummer Jack Irons, called Tony Flow and the Miraculously Majestic Masters of Mayhem.

The band performed in various shows and the club where he writes most of the band lyrics later changes the band name to Red Hot Chili Peppers.

During his starting journey, he went through many obstacles and difficulties in his intermediate journey his band members Irons and Slovak, have decided to leave the Red Hot Chili Peppers in order to pursue their band Anthem.

However, he respected their decision and replaced them with drummer Cliff Martinez and guitarist Jack Sherman. To date, the band has released eleven studio albums, two live albums, twelve compilation albums, eleven video albums, and so on.
