The mega-mansion of Eduardo Eurnekian in Manhattan is up for sale!
A seven-story building in Manhattan belonging to businessman and media tycoon Eduardo Eurenekian is up for sale! The façade is made of bullet-proof glass. It was designed by the star architect named Rafael Vinoly and its address is 432 Park Avenue on Upper East Side and in New York City’s tallest residential tower.
Eduardo had asked Rafael to build a futuristic mixed-use space and the tower is nestled amidst the century-old limestone and brick townhouses that are mostly seen on the Upper East Side. Eduardo had wanted to make this place the base for his business operations in New York City. Many people have shown interest in the office cum mega-mansion that Eduardo thought it is prudent to sell it now.
Eduardo had bought the property in 2011 for $6.45 million and his estimated net worth is $ 2.7 billion.
More details about the mega-mansion of Eduardo Eurnekian
It is reported that the first three floors of the building are meant for commercial or residential use while the top four floors are exclusively for residential purposes and it is more like a lavish penthouse with a rooftop terrace.
It is called Halkin Mason. There is a cellar floor which is a massive open space and has 36-foot ceilings, a skylight, and contemporary minimalism.
The house has a dramatic living room on the 4th floor and there is a 34-foot high floor-to-ceiling window that faces an outdoor terrace. There is a dining room on the next floor and it overlooks the living room. There is an adjacent modern kitchen that is well-equipped and has a double fridge and a wine cellar, and it has a view of East 64th Street and Lexington Avenue. Similarly, there are in toto 6 bedrooms and the master bedroom has an attached white calacatta marble bathroom and all of these are on the 6th floor of the building. There is direct access to the rooftop deck upstairs.
The interior layout of the home is different and the curved glass front provides more light inside and orients people sitting diagonally toward Lexington Avenue rather than the street. The bullet-proof glass which has been used is from Germany and came via Spain and it got its signature curve from there.
