Attorney Alex Murdaugh is the real murderer of his wife and son
Infamous attorney Alex Murdaugh is guilty of murdering his own wife, Maggie, 52, and son, Paul, 22.
It all started on the night of June 7, 2021, when lawyer Alex made a phone call to 911 to inform that he found the dead bodies of his wife and son on their Moselle property.
The murder is famous as the Murdaugh murders.
Alex’s father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all served as the top prosecutor in Carolina for more than 100 years.
More than a year after their death, more mysteries started developing. The authorities had not named a single suspect or motive for the murders.
Then on July 14, 2022, prosecutors said Alex fatally shoot his wife with a rifle and his son with a shotgun.

The murder opened several old cases related to the Murdaugh family
Interestingly, now Alex is guilty of the murders, it has led authorities to reopen the case of several previous deaths in proximity to the family, stealing millions of dollars from a settlement fund, and staging his own suicide.
Just three months after their death, Alex was forced to resign from his family firm P.M.P.E.D. The leaders of the firm said that the lawyer had misused millions of dollars of client and firm money.
The next day after he resigned, Murdaugh called 911 to report that someone shot him in the head near his home.
But it all ended soon when he admitted that he had planned the fake shooting. He did that so the insurance policy would cover his death amounting to $10 million dollars.
Now the police are also looking into the case of Ms. Satterfield, the housekeeper at Murdaugh’s estate who died after falling down the stairs.
They said once they get the permission of her family, they will exhume her body for further investigation.
They’re also investigating the deaths caused by Alex’s son Paul while drunkenly crashing the boat and a young man named Stephen Smith, found dead along a road 10 miles from the Murdaugh home.
