Police arrested Young Thug on Monday for gang-related charges.
Cops raided the American rapper’s Atlanta home and took him to the Fulton County Jail.
He will appear in court this Tuesday.

What is Young Thug guilty of?

Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffrey Lamar Williams was arrested from his home and taken into custody on gang-related charges.

The rapper along with 28 other members is related to a group called Young Slime Life and is charged in a 56-count grand jury indictment.

Young Slime Life, also called Young Stoner Life is Young Thug’s record label.

Sergio Kitchens who is known by his stage name Gunna is also charged with the crime.

The group is a criminal street gang that formed in 2012 in the 88-page indictment. Cops arrested the rapper and his friends in charge of criminal charge activity and conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

It is sure that Thug rented a car and used it in the murder of Donovan Thomas Jr. 2015, who was a member of a rival gang.

The rapper has to appear in court on Tuesday morning at 11:30 a.m.

This is not the first time Williams has faced legal trouble. In 2017, he was in trouble regarding drug charges in DeKalb County alongside two other colleagues. According to jail reports, police arrested the rapper in Fulton on drug charges.

Since his last arrest, the influential rapper has done his best to avoid legal entanglements.
