Bill Gates‘ daughter celebrated a Christmas-Themed baby shower where she revealed the gender of her future child. On Thursday, the med school student shared pictures from the celebrations on her Instagram account.

The future mom captioned the pictures:

“Still on cloud 9 after this baby shower ?✨,”
“Thank you to all the people who have given me and baby girl so much love from near and far and @melindafrenchgates for hosting this incredible evening.”

Jennifer’s mother, Melinda French Gates who hosted the celebrations for her daughter said:

The 58-year-old philanthropist also posted a picture of herself with her pregnant daughter in front of a big Christmas tree, surrounded by many presents.

The 26-year-old equestrian wore a red dress with sheer long sleeves and matching red heels for her celebrations. She also posted more snaps on her Story and called her “Heart & Belly so full.”

Gates announced her pregnancy in November with adorable Instagram snaps

Jen announced her pregnancy in November when she debuted her baby bump through an Instagram post. The announcement comes just a year after she and her boyfriend Nayel Nassar married in a lavish ceremony in one of their estates.

While revealing their pregnancy last month, the couple announced how grateful they were to have the baby.

This will be Gates and French’s first grandchild. Jennifer is the eldest of three children and her brother, Rory 23, and sister, Phoebe, 20, are yet to get married and have families of their own.

At the time, the future grandmother gushed:

“I couldn’t be more excited to meet this little one and watch you two become parents. ?,”

Jen and Nayel first started dating in 2017. Three years later, in January 2020 he popped the question. The billionaire shared pictures from the proposal on her Instagram where she gushed about her new fiance.
