He is also the creator of popular shows like The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men. He is also the executive producer of Mike & Molly. His show Two and a Half Men has won four BMI TV Music Awards in 2004, 2005, 2008, and 2009. In March 2012, he was inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame.
