The adorable couple Dana and Jordin met each other when Jordin was not looking for a date. She had already met the rest of his family at a charity event in Houston, where her mom hit it off with his mom.

Jordin recalls,

“We enjoyed their company and we were there for six hours when we were only supposed to be there for two. We had a great time.”

Next month, Dana’s mother asked her if she would consider meeting her son. She was not happy with the thing. They were added to a group text with their respective mothers. When they met the first time their perspective changed and they have not stopped talking ever since.

Wedding

During their vacation in Hawaii with their best friends on 16th July 2017, they decided to elope days into their trip.

Sparks said,

“It was super quick. We didn’t really plan anything. We ended up going on this summer trip with our friends to Maui, and it was awesome. My best friend Morgan was ordained.”

She added,

“I was like, ‘Babe. Why don’t we do it right now?’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, okay.’ So we were like, ‘Morgan, come here.’ And so we were in the middle of the ocean with a flamingo floatie and she said the vows.”

When they were walking down the beach they saw paparazzo taking their photos. Jordin said,

“That is basically the picture of the actual moment. It was so much fun and we had such a great time. I do big events all the time, so to be able to have this moment, it was really special to me in that way. Everybody’s love story is different.”

Picture controversy

Some months back Dana was dragged for sharing a picture with another woman. He shared a picture of him and McKenna Roise smiling at the camera in what looked to be a restaurant. McKenna is an old friend of Dana and people were concerned about the picture.

Jordin left a sweet comment on the picture but she had to comment again due to the outrageous situation. She wrote,

“Here’s a message: if your significant other is making you cut off your really good, stand up, been there since forever friends, male or female…GET OUT. That’s controlling/toxic, and people are NOT objects you own. Again, people are NOT OBJECTS YOU OWN,”

Again after some time, fans were concerned if their marriage is going well or not. It was because Dana posted a cryptic message on social media suggesting possible relationship struggles.

It was something about being forced to stay married. But Dana cleared the rumor saying that people would not know if they were having issues in their marriage and they were doing fine.

They are happily married to each other and are living a happy life together without any problems.

After being married in 2017, the couple revealed that they were expecting their first child together. They were very excited about the new member of their family. Their son Dana Isaiah Thomas Jr. was born on 2nd May 2018.

“When I was going to different places and different universes with the contractions, he was right there in my ear or rubbing my back,”
