Has David Sanclimenti popped the question to Ekin-Su Culculoglu during their Maldives trip?
Love Island couple David Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Culculoglu have sparked engagement rumors after they shared lovey-dovey pictures from their romantic getaway.
The couple is currently on a trip to the Maldives to celebrate Davide’s 28 birthday.
On Friday, February 24, the former Love Island winners shared a series of romantic photographs from their holiday hinting at their engagement rumors.
In the photo, the pair can be seen co-ordinating in pink ensembles as they posed for smitten snaps on the shore in front of the stunning orange sunset.
The 28-year-old model looked stunning in a pink patterned halter-neck maxi dress with a daring side split stand low-cut back. Sanclimenti wore a blush pink shirt and black shorts, which he styled with a pair of white trainers.
The first photo of the series shows the pair gazing lovely into each other’s eyes as the Turkish actress keeps her arms around David’s shoulder.
Similarly, the following photos include the couple sharing a close embrace while the reality TV star, 27, lifts Ekin-Suinto into the air as they both smile.
The rumored engaged couple also poses romantically in a heart-shaped thatched photo booth.
Further, David simply captioned the post,
“They told me that to make her fall in love; I had to make her laugh. But every time she laughs, I’m the one who falls in love”
Friends and Fans were quick to believe that the couple was announcing their engagement
Many took to the comment section of the post to congratulate the couple and speculated they were teasing an engagement.
Footballer Luis Morrison-Derbyshire went on to say,
“I was ready for the [ring] picture at the end”
One of the fans added,
“Why did I think this was a proposal post? – before I read the caption and actually looked at the pictures properly.”
While another commented,
“Though this was a proposal post lol,”
A third penned,
“Get married already”
Similarly, one of the users thought they had secretly tied the knot already, commenting,
“Well yes honeymoon pics”
However, most of the people excitedly commented that they have been ‘waiting’ for the post in the future.
