Desiree Lindstrom, the fiance of late rapper DMX made an appearance in a recent episode of ‘It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper‘ on Thursday.
Speaking with Harper, the two went on an emotional chat about life after the rap legend whose real name is Earl Simmons. It’s been almost one year since the death of the iconic rapper. The host herself was a close friend of DMX.
The two also discuss some favorite tales of the late rapper. Lindstrom shared about how her life changed since his death, the latest on the battle for X’s estate, and how she’s raising their son Exodus.
The Thursday episode has been a touching episode with much respect paid tribute to the rap legend known as DMX.
Desiree Lindstrom: It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper
The social media influencer Desiree recently appeared in a Thursday episode of ‘It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper,’ presented by The TMZ Podcast Network. She opened up about her ‘life changed so fast’ following the death of her late fiance.
She said,
“I haven’t moved on – it’s hard, you know? It’s really hard. I just take it minute-by-minute. Some people say you could take it day-by-day, but it’s second-by-second.”
Presently, she’s studying to be an esthetician and focused on raising her son Exodus whom she shared with the late rapper. She explained,
“I just want to build myself to be a great mother to Exodus. I want him to see that he has a strong mother that can stand up on her own, and I’m just trusting in God through the process.”
Lindstrom also revealed that her son Exodus is still battling stage-three kidney disease. She says, “Exodus is stable”. While talking with Harper, she had tears in her eyes and said “Holiday get lonely.”
This past Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year’s eve, and Valentine’s was the first Lindstrom spent without the rapper in the decade of their relationship.

2022 Valentine
Last month, Lindstrom paid tribute to her late fiance DMX on the occasion of Valentine’s Day through Instagram.
She shared a picture of herself dressed down a underneath black high-neck, black plant as well as the black boot. Similarly, she wore a denim jacket in which she customized and wrote ‘DMX’ with angle wings.
In the slideshow, she also pictured her son. She wrote in the posts,
“I know you earned your wings baby.
I pray that you are at peace. Missing you too much this Valentines Day.
