Florence Pugh might have found a new love again.
On Valentine’s Day, the Don’t Worry Darling actress strolled around London with Charlie Gooch, her alleged new beau.
The two held hands as they walked around the city, wearing matching bands on their ring fingers.
Pugh, who ended her three years long relationship with Braff, enjoyed a low-key date with Gooch as they smoked a cigarette and drank wine together.
Sources revealed that the Little Women actress and her new man were first pictured together as they enjoyed some quality time at the British Fashion Awards.
During their time together in London on Tuesday, Pugh wore a casual gray sweater, loose black trousers, a gray bomber jacket, and black sneakers. The actress accessorized her look with white-framed sunglasses and gold hoop earrings.
Her date, on the other hand, cut a casual figure in a gray hoodie, blue jacket, and white boots.
If sources are to be believed, Gooch is an English “normie who she went to school with (in Oxford),”
Pugh’s most recent relationship was with actor/director Zach Braff, 47, who was 20 years her senior.
They first met when he cast her in a short film he was making for Adobe.
Florence’s controversial relationship with Zach Braff
Florence and the American actor sparked dating rumors after they were seen spending quality time in New York City in April 2019.
Their relationship grew stronger when they quarantined together through the COVID-19 pandemic, later that year.
Their relationship received criticism from social media users, mostly because of their huge age gap.
The Oscar nominee time and again had to defend their romance in public.
However, in August 2022, Pugh confirmed that the two lovers secretly ended their relationship earlier that year.
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Pugh said,
“We’ve been trying to do this separation without the world knowing, because it’s been a relationship that everybody has an opinion on,”
“We just felt something like this would really do us the benefit of not having millions of people telling us how happy they are that we’re not together.”
Despite ending their beautiful relationship, the exes remain on good terms to this day. The Scrubs star had only good things to say about his ex’s impeccable acting skills during a Vogue cover story.
Braff proudly told the outlet,
“I quite simply think she’s one of the greatest actors of her generation,”
The Garden State star added,
“She’s just magnetic. You cannot take your eyes off of her. And it’s not just her beauty and it’s not just her acting ability, it’s that thing, that magic thing that transcends the screen, where anyone and everyone goes: I want to see whatever this person does.”
