Nichole Gustafson and Giacomo Gianniotti met each other in a photoshoot in Beverly Hills in 2015. She was hired as his hair and makeup artist while they were shooting for an Italian magazine. Gustafson is the only American at the shoot with all Italians. She was unknown about Giacomo as she had never seen his shows.

Giacomo asked her for a date after a month of their date. They fell in love with each other just after the date. The couple got engaged during Thanksgiving Day on 25th November 2017. Nichole shared it on her Instagram and wrote,

Nichole Gustafson and Giacomo Gianniotti married on 28th April 2019 in Rome. Their wedding ceremony was hosted at Villa Pocci in Rome overlooking Lake Castel Gandolf. Also, the ceremony became extra beautiful with the views of the venue. For the wedding, she wore an off-shoulder bespoke Netta BenShabu gown in a mermaid silhouette with a long lace veil and trail which she paired with minimalistic diamond jewelry.

Likewise, Nichole held a wedding bouquet that was made with a stunning assortment of flowers. The handsome actor wore a sleek Armani tuxedo. Gustafson made the entry at the venue with her bridesmaid. A clear-glass tent was made for the ceremony which had Chiavari chairs for the guests and was decorated with elaborate floral bouquets.
