John Ventimiglia’s family is mourning the death of daughter Odele Cape Ventimiglia

John Ventimiglia’s daughter Odele Cape Ventimiglia died aged 25
‘Sopranos’ actor John Ventimiglia‘s wife, Brenda Cape, announced the heartbreaking news that their daughter, Odele Cape Ventimiglia, is no longer among us.
Brenda posted on Facebook last week on January 21, announcing the loss of her daughter, who was just 25, while declaring the funeral details which was held in Brooklyn, New York on Jan. 26.
She began,
“Heartbroken to have to post our darling Odele’s funeral notice. Her sister Lucinda and I have been overwhelmed by the messages of support and love we have received, and your remembrances of how cherished Odele was to so many. Odele was greatly loved, and leaves a huge hole in our live.”
“Odele is survived by her sister, Lucinda Ventimiglia, mother, Belinda Cape, father John Ventimiglia, and her beloved daughter Shiloh.”
According to Cape, Odele died on the 12th of January, however, the cause of her death is yet to be revealed.

Unfortunately, Odele left the world, leaving behind her 2-month-old daughter Shiloh. According to the obituary, the family requested mourners contribute to a GoFundMe account to help pay for Shiloh’s education expenses in the future instead of flowers.
The obituary read,
“Odele was extraordinary and will be forever missed.”
Similarly, John’s former “Sopranos” co-star Steven Van Zandt and his wife, Maureen Van Zandt, donated $500 to the fundraiser.
Lucinda posted a heartfelt statement on the death of her sister
Her sister, Lucinda, took to Instagram, which has since been made private, to express her condolences to her beloved sister, Odele, writing alongside a carousel of photos.
She wrote,
“Words will never be enough to express the grief we are all feeling. I loved my little sister a lot and I will spend the rest of my life searching for her in everything.”
Lucinda then showed gratitude towards those who outpour their condolence to them in this difficult time. She continued by saying that “it has never been more clear how much she meant to so many people”.
Similarly, she later concludes her statement by stating,
“Sending love to everyone who is trying to cope with her loss – look after each other and keep Odele in your thoughts.”

However, John has not yet publicly commented about his daughter’s death.
John Ventimiglia is best known for his role as chef Artie Bucco on “The Sopranos,” in which he appeared in 36 episodes. He has also made appearances on “Law & Order,” “Blue Bloods,” “The Good Wife,” and “Jessica Jones”.
