Congratulations to Kaley Cuoco and her boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, who recently welcomed their first child.

The Big Bang Theory star took to her Instagram to announce the great news with her 7.7 million followers.

The new mom wrote alongside a slideshow of photos of her daughter on Instagram on Sunday,

“Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!”
“We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days. We are blessed beyond belief .”

The first-time mom concluded with a sweet message to her boyfriend: “@tommypelphrey didn’t think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did.”

The 37-year-old actress also announced in the post that her baby girl was born on Thursday.

Fans and celebrity friends took to social media to congratulate the couple for their little bundle of joy.

Chelsea Handler wrote,

Kaley and Tom documented her pregnancy

The actress first surprised fans with a pregnancy announcement in October.

The then-pregnant star shared a carousel at the time with a caption,

“ Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023 ,”

Kaley continued,

“beyond blessed and over the moon,”
“I love you @tommypelphrey !!!”

Tom, 40, also shared a post of his own where he gushed about being a future father. The Ozark alum gushed,

“And then it was even MORE BETTER. . Love you more than ever @kaleycuoco ♥️ ♥️.”

The pregnancy reveal came just five months after the couple made their relationship official on Instagram.

Though Cuoco was previously married to Ryan Sweeting and Karl Cook, she said that her bond with Pelphrey was ”love at first sight.”

The 8 Simple Rules alum told Extra in October that she and Tom met because they share the same management team.

She added,

“My manager actually took me as her guest to the ‘Ozark’ premiere, and I met him there. It was like the angels started singing. I was like, ‘Hallelujah.’ It was very magical. … It was perfect.”

After making their pregnancy public, the future parents continued documenting the actress’ pregnancy process which included her horrible first trimester.

Tom said in October,

“We’re so excited,”
“It’s the most incredible thing.”
