Kathryn Kranhold cannot see her wife Lisa Banes in such critical condition. The Gone Girl actress was struck in a hit-and-run on 4th July 2021 in New York City. Lisa was on her way to meet Kathryn for a dinner party at a friend’s place near the Lincoln Center when the tragedy happened. Similarly, Banes was hit by someone on a red and black scooter or motorcycle which had no number plate at around 6:30 p.m.

Lisa had no fault as she was on the right way when she was run over in a crosswalk at West 64th and Amsterdam Avenue. Likewise, the driver ran a red light and hit her. The NYPD DCPI revealed,

“There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing,”

Sadly, Lisa is in critical condition with a traumatic brain injury after being admitted at Mount Sinai Morningside hospital. Likewise, Kathryn has asked anyone who has any information about the scooter driver to report them to the police. The NYPD responded to the 911 call in regards to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at the intersection of West 64 Street and Amsterdam Avenue near Lincoln Center. Also, they revealed,

“Upon arrival, officers observed a 65-year-old female pedestrian lying on the roadway with severe head trauma. EMS responded to the location and transported the aided female to Mount Sinai Saint Luke’s Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.”
