Lil Aaron wrote the song, ‘Damn’, and realized he wanted to be the one performing it. In early 2017, he released the track alongside producer/DJ, Y2K. Following that, he started singing more and the same year, he released his debut EP, ‘Going Pain$’.

He is one-third of the alternative/emo rap group, ‘BOYFRIENDZ’. In 2018, he released a follow-up EP, ‘ROCK$TAR FAMOU$’ which featured collaborations with Rico Nasty, Kiiara, Rico, and Kim Petras.
