Pinky Cole is a restaurateur who owns a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.
The name of her restaurant is Slutty Vegan.
Cole became a vegetarian in 2007 and became a vegan in 2014.

Pinky Cole- How she started her business

Pinky Cole is famous for the vegan restaurant that she established in 2019 after months of thinking about the business. Cole being a vegan herself had a massive interest to turn veganism into a business.

The Atlanta-based entrepreneur said that she was hugely inspired to start a vegan business due to her cravings for vegan junk food. She then came up with a unique name for her business and explained the reason behind it.

She said:

“Slutty Vegan, to my mind, is someone who eats vegan but enjoys junk food—as long as it’s not dead. I knew the name would be a great hook to help people to reimagine food. All of Slutty Vegan’s products are titled with some form of sexual connotation, including One Night Stand, Fussy Hussy, Sloppy Toppy, and Chick’N Head.

She started her business by selling vegan burgers through delivery apps and as her business grew, she bought a food truck that September. In 2019, Cole opened the Slutty Vegan brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Westview Neighbourhood of Atlanta.

With the expansion of the business, Pinky currently operates two vegan food trucks and opened another restaurant of the same name in Atlanta in the summer of 2019.

According to sources, Pinky graduated from CAU in 2009 with a major in mass communication/media studies. She was also the winner of Miss Clark Atlanta in 2008.

Cole is the owner of a non-profit organization the Pinky Cole Foundation which is providing financial support to others.

Pinky is helping recent college graduates launch their own businesses. Her nonprofit organization partnered with Varo Bank to help students initiate their own franchises.

The Clark Atlanta University and the CEO of Slutty Vegan announced she was gifting each 2022 graduate a limited liability company, or LLC on Saturday.

Clark Atlanta’s class of 2022 has more than 800 graduates. Referring to all the students, the entrepreneur said:

“Every single graduate in this audience will leave this stadium as a business owner.”
