Meghan King Edmond celebrated her daughter Aspen’s third birthday!
But it was not as usual as it is nearly after one month her husband Jim Edmonds filed for divorce.
She also left a heartwarming message for the celebration.

The message to her 3-year-old daughter

On the occasion of the third birthday of Meghan’s daughter, she posted a heartwarming message on social media.

She shared many photos of Aspen from when she was an infant to becoming a 3-year-old with a caption:

“And just like that, POOF! You turned 3. My dear magical firecracker full of spice and zest, you will change the world. Go girl. #aspenkingedmonds #thirdbirthday,”

The former duo also shares 17-month-old twin sons Hart and Hayes.

Divorce: Jim Edmonds and Meghan King Edmond

Jim reportedly filed for the divorce in October amid rumors of him having an affair with their former nanny, Carly Wilson. Despite the rumors, both of them have denied having a relationship.

She took the social media to write she didn’t know if her husband had been unfaithful. Moreover, she also added that he lied about socializing with Wilson. The photo of the two attending the hockey match together was circulating social media which led to the cheating rumors.

Due to all the rumors, the mom of three said that it is more saddening and hurtful for their young children. She also admitted that though she is “broken” and “buried in despair”, she will stay strong for the sake of their children.

Jim Edmond’s on their marriage

After a day the statement, Jim Edmonds issued a public statement admitting their exhausted marriage and vowed to make it right again, he also mentioned:

“I have way too much love for my wife and kids for this to happen and it’s time for us to get back to the private life we used to live. Meghan is a truly special woman who my kids are so fortunate to have as their mother. Hoping for some peace, normalcy, and the ability to move forward in a healthy, happy direction for every single person involved.”

Furthermore, on November 8, he also had police conduct welfare on their children as he was worried that he wouldn’t be able to take care of them.

He showed his concern by saying:

“I called the police before she came home to keep from having an incident. I was concerned. And there was no incident because of that.”

According to Jim, he was home watching their children while her then-wife came back home drunk after the night out with his friend. However, in the presence of Jim, the officer questioned King Edmonds and declared that she would be fit to take custody of the children.
