Brandon’s wife Melissa recently filed a sexual assault case against Nick Carter.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the singer has claimed that in 2003, when she was only 18 years old and Carter was 22, he performed oral sex on her against her will.
Schuman further alleged that Nick attempted to take her virginity despite her expressing her desire to wait until marriage.
This is not the first time she has accused him of sexual misconduct. She first accused him of rape in November 2017, shortly after the Harvey Weinstein scandal broke.
In February 2018, Schuman filed a report with the Santa Monica Police Department, but the LA County District Attorney’s Office declined to take action due to the statute of limitations.
Carter has denied all allegations of nonconsensual sexual contact and filed countersuits against both Schuman and Shannon Ruth, who accused him of sexual assault on a tour bus when she was 17.
