The American actress Nilsa Prowant was arrested over the weekend on July 1019. She was taken into custody by St. Petersburg Police in Pinellas County, Florida, at around 1:40 a.m. on Saturday, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.

Similarly, she was charged with one misdemeanor count of exposure to sexual organs. As she allegedly flashed her breasts at onlookers while standing on a balcony. It was known from the affidavit that she called the crowd below to get their attention and then exposed her nude breast to the crowd and began shaking them.

Later she began kicking the rear driver-side window of the vehicle she was in and shattered it. After that, she knocked the broken glass into the street. After her arrest, her bail was set at $400 and she was released around 6:30 A.M.
