Portia Umansky, the daughter of Kyle Richards turned 13! She celebrated her bat mitzvah with family and friends. Bat Mitzvah is the Jewish religious ritual and family celebration commemorating the religious adulthood of children on their 12 or 13th birthday.

For her Bat Mitzvah, Portia wore a pretty ombre mini dress. Her frock featured a fitted rose-hued bodice with a feathered, off-the-shoulder neckline and a voluminous magenta tulle skirt.

She completed the look with a pair of bejeweled nude heels, a sparkling necklace, a tiara, and some stud earrings. Her hair was styled into a straight, sleek half-updo.

Kyle and her husband Mauricio Umansky threw a circus-themed bash dubbed ‘Cirque du Portia’ in the backyard of their Encino, California home.

Around 300 people attended the ceremony including Lisa Rinna, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke. The snaps of the ceremony are shared and Kyle’s sister Kim Richards attended it.

For the decoration, it included hundreds of gold balloons, red flowers placed around the room, dozens of sweet treats, a DJ booth, a custom dance floor, and, a Ferris wheel. The cost of the bat mitzvah was estimated to be $400,000.
