Princess Charlotte on Christmas day

Princess Charlotte, 4 was with her mother on Christmas day outside the church in Sandringham in Norfolk. They were meeting some fans and the mother Kate Middleton was talking to them.

The people of the UK, as well as worldwide, simply adore the little Princess Charlotte.

A royal fan James Heather is star-struck and gifted little Charlotte with a pretty bouquet of white roses. Charlotte took it and seemed happy and excited about it.

Princess Charlotte’s refusal

After getting the bouquet of roses from James, Heather, Princess Charlotte clung to it. She wanted to have it with her all the time.

Hence when a royal aide tried to take it from her for safekeeping, she refused and walked away with her mother holding on to the bouquet lovingly. It made a great hilarious scene.

The video clip was uploaded by Jade Garwood on his Twitter handle and has been liked by many people. In it, a royal aide is seen leaning over and putting out his hands to take the white roses, Bouquet off Princess Charlotte.

But Charlotte had other plans. She smiled at the aide clinging to the bouquet in her right hand. She then walked alongside mum Kate to greet other well-wishers.

About James Heather and the bouquet of white roses

James Heather is 6 and a big fan of the royal family. He had carefully chosen the white roses for Princess Charlotte. He chose white roses since they were his mother’s favorite.

But it appears, that Princess Charlotte too loved the white roses, so much that she refused to pass them on to the royal aide for safekeeping. She wanted to continue holding them with her.

The mother of James Heather, Nakita told Mirror Online:

‘When they left the church, Kate came over and said, “are these for Charlotte?” and then James said “yes” and handed them over,’

Nakita continued:

“Charlotte looked really shy and coy, but you could tell she was happy and then she said ‘thank you’.”
“James was so excited, but I think he was quite starstruck by her.”

Additionally, Nakita observed:

‘What made it all even sweeter was I watched her as she walked off and other people were giving her flowers which were handed to her protection officer, but she just wouldn’t let go of James,’
‘She kept them in her hand the whole time.’

Charlotte also hugged a wheelchair-bound old lady and got an inflated pink flamingo as a Christmas gift from her.
