Prince Eugenie celebrates Earth Day with August and Sienna

Princess Eugenie is giving a glimpse into her private family life on the occasion of Earth Day.

Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, 33, posted a series of photos on social media on Saturday to mark the annual occasion. What caught royal fans’ attention is an adorable snap of her son Auguts Philip and her niece Sienna Elizabeth.

In the photo, August, 2, and Sienna, 1, can be seen watching penguins at a zoo exhibit. Sienna is the daughter of Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Eugenie began the lengthy caption of her post, writing,

“It’s World Earth Day and today is all about celebrating our planet and people doing amazing things that help protect it,”

Detailing the first image, the princess wrote,

The second and third images showed the little boy enjoying the BBC Earth Experience which is located “in a sustainable building dedicated to the BBC’s Natural History Unit’s footage of our earth.”

She continued,

“Their vision is to inspire visitors to protect the planet through this immersive experience,”

Eugenie is pregnant with her second child

Other images showed the 10th in line to the throne cleaning oysters. Describing the photos, she wrote, “Who knew oysters were so cool,”

Prince Andrew‘s daughter who is pregnant with her and Jack Brooksbank’s second child added,

“One oyster can clean up to 200L of water a day. @bluemarinefoundation are leading an initiative called @solentseascapeproject which is restoring coastal marine life with a collection of partners making it one of the most ambitious environmental projects in the UK!”

The last image showed Jack and baby August standing underneath a blossoming tree. Eugenie wrote,

“Photo 6: Because I love them and they love nature,”

Buckingham Palace announced in January that the princess is expecting her second child. The Palace’s statement read,

“Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer,”
“The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother.”

Eugenie and Jack tied the knot on October 12, 2018, at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
